Case Studies - Sculptures, Fountains and Bandstands

Ballantine Bo’ness has established itself as a specialist fountain, sculpture and bandstand restoration contractor for both private homes and public grounds. By understanding the technical make up of the object and retaining as much of the original as is possible we have been able to fuse our traditional techniques with modern engineering to restore the beauty of many cherished sites.

The 19th Century was a great age for public parks and monuments. Unfortunately many have been allowed to decay and require substantial renovation, often requiring removal, dismantling, renovation and re-erection.

Monuments cover all sorts of structures; stone towers, statuary, fountains, buildings, plaques, view points, bridges, gardens and so on. Almost all of them have cast iron features as an integral part of the structure and all fall within our remit. With substantial Government, local authority and lottery funding, our current City Fathers are replacing them with our help to rediscover their original beauty and prestige. We feel our expertise means we are perfectly placed to take on any restoration or new build project of this kind.

Please feel free to view our featured case studies or give us a call to discuss any project that may be of interest.
