Case Studies - Canopies, Windows & Glasshouses
Canopies, Glasshouses and ornate windows have to constitute one of the most stunning and awe-inspiring exemplum’s of Victorian ironwork. In the last forty years Ballantine Bo’ness have undertaken several projects involving restoring traditional glazed features to their former beauty.
The service we offer covers everything from the initial survey to the eventual site erection; everything is completely handled in house (please see our in house services section.) Our team has vast experience in working on highly ornate structures and although we do some work in-situ work, we also have the capacity to bring the metalwork back to the works and strip it down completely. This allows us to treat all surfaces rather than only the visible ones and ensures a job which should last for another 150 years.
