Livingston is strategically located on the M8 motorway approximately 15 miles west of Edinburgh and 30 miles east of Glasgow. Edinburgh airport lies 8 miles to the east and provides daily direct flights to London, Europe and New York.
Created in 1962 as Scotland's fourth new town, Livingston has a population of approximately 50,000 and is the administrative centre for West Lothian Council. The town is a thriving business location which benefits from excellent leisure and retail facilities.
